Delivery Information

All printed magazines and physical product orders are sent via Royal Mail economy post to keep the cover price low:

For larger orders we may use a courier service if more economical. Tracking is generally not provided unless offered at checkout.

Please be patient, we are a small team and orders cannot always be despatched the same day. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order or delivery.

EU / International Readers (outside of the United Kingdom)

We appreciate the support of readers outside of the United Kingdom. Thank you for being a part of Pixel Addict magazine. Please be aware that we only post internationally using economy surface mail. This is because standard airmail or tracked shipping would cost more than the actual magazine value.

Also note that EU customers are now charged IOSS / EU taxes at checkout, as a result you will not receive customs or import charges on your order.

International customers outside of the EU may be charged import tax from your own government via your postal service when the order is delivered, this will depend on the specific import rules of your region.

Damaged Printed Magazines & Compromised Mail

If your order or physical magazine has suffered damage in transit, or has been opened or tampered with, please complain to your postal service. If your magazine or order has damage, it is their responsibility to provide compensation. For UK orders see: www.royalmail.com/retail-compensation-policy-damage

Once your claim is raised and compensation received, we are more than happy to then accept a new order for a replacement (we can add extra packaging to the replacement order if necessary).
